Snow STEM "Finale"
Remember the number of activities completed by each family generated tickets for chances at winning one of four different prizes.
The prize winners were: The Cody Family, The Long Family, The J. Adams Family, and The Harmond Family.
The BIG prize for $50 Gift Card to Sandpoint Cinemas for returning the Family Survey was awarded to The Brady Family.

Science Technology Engineering and Math
The family fun learning packets were turned in on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. The number of activities completed generated tickets for prize drawings.

The details: 31 Families participated and returned their STEM work, and 43 students earned Snow Cones - Cherry or Orange. YUM!
Check out the pictures below of the 4th and 5th grade Catapult competition. The categories were: the longest distance, the highest jump and the highest "Up and Over" and obstacle. The best part about the Catapult competition was hearing the "ohs", "aws" and cheering from the gym! Now, that's the sound of FUN learning!

If you haven’t completed some or all of the SNOW-STEM Family fun activities yet, you still have time to get them finished this weekend! Please have your child return their completed activities (or send pictures of the complete projects to their teacher via school email) on Tuesday, January 19th. On Wednesday, students will be rewarded for their efforts with a snow cone and entry into a few door prizes. Also, please complete and return the family survey for entry into a special prize from PIE to attend Sandpoint Cinemas.
